Surbru Hedë Kez (/ˈsurbru/ /ˈhedɛ/ [sole; lone] [typewriter]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Nogrehie̜w Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.

The name Surbru Hedë Kez is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Surbru Hedë Kez was founded by Mlîl Ghuvnaget, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Surbru Hedë Kez has a yearly average temperature of 11°C (51°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cool 16°C (60°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 6°C (42°F). Overview

Surbru Hedë Kez was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1299, by Mlîl Ghuvnaget. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Surbru Hedë Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Surbru Hedë Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Surbru Hedë Kez is buildings have been located at convienant points along the dale Surbru Hedë Kez was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the premissive paverstone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town sits behind an impressive looking clay brick wall. The wall is notable for querried stone blocks being used to renforce the clay bricks in the expected manner and locations. While the wall was built to the exact specifications of modern fortifications, one has to wonder why the money invested into creating such a well fortified wall wasnt spent on a less impressive looking wall crated from sturdier materials. Surbru Hedë Kez's walls would endure a brief bombardment, but only from light siege weapons. It seems more likly the town's walls were not designed with defence in mind but rather lending the town a certain air with visitors. The town's boondoggle-of-a-fortified wall have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

Surbru Hedë Kez has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Surbru Hedë Kez ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The locals seem to have responded to their slow downfall by recreating Surbru Hedë Kez as one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which the town brings to mind.

The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
